As a Marketing Manager at Architech, you’ll be responsible for developing a client-centric acquisition marketing strategy to produce simple yet relevant offers. Leveraging data-driven decisions and sophisticated analytic insights (e.g. profiling and segmentation), you’ll drive a test and learn approach to build awareness, consideration, and action from target audiences. Create the acquisition marketing strategy to guide continuous expansion of the company's acquisition marketing efforts and continuously identify, evaluate and test new acquisition channels, strategies and tactics.
Partner cross-functionally within various Architech teams to facilitate a solid client experience.
Use customer insights to effectively execute acquisition marketing tactics and analyze their success.
Collaborate with Architech’s Brand & Communications team on the company's online advertising strategies to continually include site retargeting, search retargeting, behavioural targeting, sophisticated social marketing, affiliate marketing, display advertising, real-time bidding and beyond.
Lead the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan that supports the mandate for New Client Acquisition.
Collaborate on marketing strategies to grow the business based on solid analysis, options should include: client behaviour, purchase propensity, channel optimization, profiling and segmentation to drive message relevance.
Manage implementation of the acquisition marketing plan and manage expenses versus plan.
Execute a comprehensive lead generation approach, leveraging content marketing, media, partnerships, etc.
Optimize the media mix in respective marketing strategies to ensure integration between channels and consider all channels of communication and client touch points (i.e. digital and traditional).
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES
A minimum of 5-7 years in marketing experience within a demanding Digital Agency or Professional Services environment
A minimum of 5-7 years of strategic marketing experience including direct response (traditional and digital)
University Degree in Marketing/Advertising and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
MBA from leading institution is highly desirable
Intellectual curiosity about prospect/client behaviour, retail balance flows, and channels
