  • This role is accountable for the development and achievement of the annual Strategic Plan initiatives related to the management of eCommerce, consumer (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) marketing programs for Moen Canada. Specific areas of focus are;
  • • Execute and management of the Moen Canada eCommerce program.
    • Lead the branded online marketing programs for Moen.
    • Lead the development and execution of Retail and Wholesale digital marketing customer programs. Collaborate with key customers to ensure execution.
    • Increase loyalty among B2B customers through increased engagement of current members and expansion of new members of an existing loyalty program.

    Job Description:

    • Execute and manage all aspects of the Moen Canada eCommerce program.  This includes; program design, execution, data management, IMAP and distribution policy design, pricing, monitoring, enforcement and liaison with key customers.  Maintain regular interaction and alignment with US eCommerce team, Retail and Wholesale sales teams and Canadian customers.
    • Lead Branded online marketing for Moen.  Develop and execute an annual digital marketing plan.  Manage the online presence and digital marketing programs for the brand, within Canada, in alignment with North American initiatives.  This includes; display and other web based advertising, optimize web traffic through SEM/SEO tactics, maintain the Canadian corporate websites for both functionality and content. Adapt and/or test new technology.  Manage vendor relationships with digital vendors.  Leverage US corporate digital assets, plans and insights for adaptation to the Canadian marketplace.
    • Lead Retailer and Wholesaler digital marketing programs.  Coordinate a Moen digital program to align with key customer digital marketing initiatives.  Work closely with customer contacts and Moen sales teams to drive sales and/or enhance Moen brand equity through online marketing.
    • Manage the program development and vendor relationships of a national B2B loyalty program.  Develop and manage programs to grow program membership and increase engagement of current members.  Optimize program costs and operation to maximize efficiency.  Work collaboratively with the Moen sales team to coach, provide support and maximize engagement and utilization of program tools and data.  Extensively leverage data to assist the Moen sales team with member insights.  Develop, execute and evaluate loyalty programs to increase sales.  Expand the program into new channels.  Manage multiple vendor relationships.
    • Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of marketing programs, trade shows, advertising and promotions to support and/or drive sales by reaching a fragmented customer / influencer base.  (e.g. consumers, plumbers, wholesalers, showroom consultants, builders, interior designers, contractors, remodelers, specifying engineers, architects, etc.)

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate business degree required, concentration in marketing preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience is required.  Prior experience that includes a combination of digital marketing, sales and eCommerce experience is preferred.
    • Experience in loyalty program management and/or comparable large project and vendor management experience.
    • Experience in business to business marketing and/or channel marketing, business to consumer marketing/brand management.
    • Experience managing one or more direct reports.
    • Must be highly computer literate.
    • Aptitude and/or experience in durables and/or CPG preferred.
    • Understanding of social media and emerging technologies, including their application in a corporate setting.
    • Demonstrated ability to be an effective team leader and team player on local, North American and global teams.
    • Management of broad projects both independently and collaboratively. Comfortable being both a strategist and a tactician.
    • Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills including meeting facilitation and the ability to present to higher management.
    • Comfort around higher management and ability to effectively interact with Customers, Owners, Sales Associates, etc.
    • Possesses strong analytical skills.  Ability to convert complex data into actionable strategy and tactics
    • Willingness and ability to travel within Canada and internationally. (Up to 10%)
    • Advanced Microsoft office skills. (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
