The College is recruiting instructors for the following marketing courses: E-commerce and Internet Marketing, Advertising, B2B Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Retail Marketing, and Sales Management.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a minimum of a Masters Degree in a related field. Candidates must have both an undergraduate degree and graduate degree, one of which is in business or commerce.
• All candidates must have five years of experience directly related to the course they wish to teach. Experience should include middle or senior managerial positions or extensive consulting work at a senior level.
• Post-secondary teaching experience is preferred, ideally in the subject areas of the above courses.

Length of appointment: Initially a term appointment, May 1 to August 31, 2012 or September 1 to December 31, 2012, but may continue depending on the demand for the courses.

Start Date: May 1, 2012 or September 1, 2012

Salary Range: Salary placement on Langara instructors’ salary scale in accordance with qualifications and experience.
