About the Opportunities

Due to rapid growth and expansion, Absolute Results has several openings for proactive Marketing & Events Coordinators to join their team in Surrey, BC.

In this unique and challenging role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating private sale events for car dealerships across Canada.

Working from our head office in Surrey, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the following:

  • booking the event;
  • creating invitations;
  • obtaining the customer database for mailing promotional material; and
  • following up to ensure a successful private sale event.

In order to be successful, you will need to have a post-secondary diploma/degree in business administration, marketing or event planning, strong multitasking and organizational skills, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Your professionalism, enthusiasm, and keen ability to identify opportunities will enable you to act as a consultant and resource to clients (existing and prospective), resulting in relationships that grow and develop year over year. Persistence, flexibility and the ability to manage stressful situations will put you at an advantage.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed, you will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, able to take ownership of and successfully manage a project from start to finish, and be an effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.

Verbal and written bilingualism in English and French, Spanish or German will be a definite asset as will knowledge of the automotive sales industry.
