Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the ongoing operation of marketing initiatives including website, event and sales support, assistance in print material development, POP distribution, sponsorships, and departmental reporting procedural necessities.


  • Work with vendors to develop and update print materials
  • Coordinate price list, brochure and other creative material updates with vendors as required
  • Responsible for organizing the distribution and allocation of print, promotional and POP materials
  • Manage website content and perform updates as required
  • Update and ensure the accessibility of dealer related, and Account Manager tools and materials
  • Assist with social media administration, content development and message management
  • Assist in the creation and execution of corporate tradeshows and sponsored events as necessary
  • Support the sales team in coordinating and supplying necessary promotional tools for customer related events and promotions
  • Coordinate logistics and source necessary materials needed for events
  • Sourcing, managing and tracking event display items inventory
  • Create reports and data by retrieving information in ERP system
  • Liaison with vendors as necessary to complete departmental tasks

  • Autonomous and able to work in a team environment


  • Bachelor Degree in business related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel and MS Access)
  • Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of E1-ERP system
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Website content management will be considered an asset
