Located in downtown Vancouver, the Consulting Engineers of BC (CEBC) represents the business and professional interests of over 90 consulting engineering firms that employ 7,800 people in British Columbia. Together we contributed $2.9 billion to the provincial economy in 2009.
CEBC is the recognized voice of the consulting engineering sector by both public and private sector organizations. CEBC advocates for a business and regulatory climate that allows its members to provide the highest level of services and best possible value to its clients.
CEBC was incorporated as a Society in 1976. It has since established active liaison groups in the Okanagan, Vancouver Island and Northern BC. At a Special General Meeting in June 2011, the membership voted to change the name of the association to the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – British Columbia.
