We are currently looking for an energetic Marketing Coordinator to play an integral role in helping our marketing team conduct market research, develop and maintain marketing and advertising initiatives and report on daily analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketing, a strong desire to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work productively in a fast paced, startup environment.

Job Details

• Research, develop and maintain online and offline writer recruitment initiatives
• Research and report on advertising partnership opportunities
• Create and organize campaign tracking codes
• Report on daily campaign analytics
• Assist in the development of marketing materials
• Maintain affiliate marketing campaigns
• Manage and optimize PPC marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• Applied experience in the online marketing/advertising industry
• Strong familiarity with social media, particularly social media marketing
• 2-3 years experience with managing and/or assisting with online marketing initiatives
• Applied experience with AdWords, Facebook, Bing and/or other PPC initiatives
• Traditional media experience is considered an asset

Skills Needed

• Strong math and data analyzation
• Advanced use of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Highly proficient with using the internet (research, social media, marketing etc.)
• Excellent communicator
• Multitasking and organization
• SEO/SEM skill set is an asset
