Marketing Coordinator

Eastwood Cycle - Vancouver, BC

Eastwood Cycle Inc. currently operates two Vancouver locations, one located in North Vancouver and our main flagship downtown.  We are looking for an intelligent, creative and ambitious individual to work directly with the Owners & Creative Director to assist in creating and executing marketing plans for our current cycle concepts, along with the future boxing and meditation concept rollouts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•Analyze marketing initiatives results (e-blasts, social, promotions, events…).

•Execute daily, weekly, period and quarterly reports

•Report insights and information regarding markets, competitors, and effectiveness of a campaign.

•Assist in the development of strategic marketing campaigns, including the launch of our newest concepts

•Assist in the content creation for e-blasts, social media platforms, press releases, and bulletins among others.

•Develop and assemble presentation materials.

•Monitor and coordinate marketing initiatives by helping to develop collateral material, trafficking content and checking on deliverables with the operations team

•Manage monthly social media content calendars.

•Monitor budget by keeping track of the expenses, comparing it with the plan and forecast.

•Other duties as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or Advertising.

•Two years experience in Marketing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

•Fluent in English

•EXTREMELY strong computer skills required (Word, PowerPoint, and EXCEL)

•Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.

•Social Platform technical experience - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
