JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Marketing Coordinator to provide reliable, timely, professional and strategic marketing support and direction to the Agency Leasing brokerage team at our downtown Toronto location. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.


  • Develop and manage marketing collateral and communications, including but not limited to liaising with stakeholders to determine project or assignment scope and/or deliverables, cross-developmental involvement or partnership, budgeting (if required), and scheduling and vendor execution/delivery
  • Manage and/or design, develop and update JLL marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, office building tour guides, leasing signs, display boards, presentation materials, event invitations, email direct marketing campaigns, marketing or design related templates, and applicable websites
  • Create and distribute applicable email blasts and newsletters
  • Conduct market research, including sourcing/mining data, utilizing analytics and insights to create new opportunities and to evaluate existing strategies
  • Maintain visual consistency, branding, and professionalism for all client-facing materials across all media, adhering to JLL brand standards at all times
  • Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned


  • Post-secondary education in Marketing
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a strategic marketing role
  • Strong project management, problem solving and delivery experience is required
  • Proficiency with PC design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current design methodologies and business-to-business marketing trends
  • Ability to work independently and under deadline pressure
  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to strategic and functionality-related marketing decisions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong presentation skills and ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective at building relationships and interacting with key decision-makers
  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Must be proactive and take initiative
