We are looking for an amazing, creative, innovative and data-driven marketing coordinator to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. Reporting to the VP Strategy, and on top of our traditional marketing initiatives, your main role would be to coordinate actions of the digital marketing plan, of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers, the latter of which cooperating with sales team members.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, WeChat, YouTube and potentially additional channels (Pinterest, Instagram, etc…)
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence and explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyers
  • Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in your email sends
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
  • You will be our ears to the ground to route the appropriate marketer, sales rep, and/or support rep to social conversations
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using specific dashboards and Google Analytics
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing performance
  • Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company
  • Find new opportunities to applaud, support, and ultimately retain our customers
  • Find our evangelists through relationships with sales reps and via social media, then nurture them and help them promote our cause
  • Perform competitive research and help position us to win more customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead

Requirements:

  • Chinese speaking is mandatory
  • BA in marketing degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three years past experience in inbound marketing
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker (in both written and verbal form), with an ability to use data to inform all decisions, ability to sell and convince. You will manage all relationships with vendors and ensure we get the most efficient cost possible
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices
  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics (Google Analytics and AdWords)
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more)
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
  • Opened to travel for monthly plan reviews and meetings 2-3 days per month

Bonus skills:

  • Demand generation marketing, blogging and knowledge of the insurance, banking or finance industry
  • Knowledge of WordPress, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, Hootsuite, and live chat solutions
