We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, communications, and student recruitment initiatives.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to support student recruitment and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis related to educational consulting services, university admissions, tutoring programs, and student enrichment services.
  • Gather, monitor, and compile marketing performance data from RedNote, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Track audience engagement, website traffic, advertising performance, lead generation, and social media growth metrics, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, online advertising initiatives, and website marketing activities.
  • Prepare and update promotional materials, website content, newsletters, brochures, presentations, reports, and social media content.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, information sessions, student recruitment events, and community outreach activities.
  • Liaise with media contacts, educational partners, influencers, and third-party service providers regarding promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to inquiries received through digital channels and assist in maintaining engagement with prospective students and parents.
  • Maintain marketing databases, campaign documentation, customer records, and digital content libraries.
  • Monitor industry trends, educational market developments, and emerging digital marketing platforms and provide recommendations to management.
  • Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness and preparing periodic marketing reports.

Employment Requirements

  • Completion of a college diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, business administration, public relations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
