All Academy of Learning franchised colleges are registered across Canada as Private Vocational Schools with the appropriate Provincial or Territorial authorities.
Position requires the coordination of comprehensive marketing and communication initiatives to position AOL as a college of choice amongst private post secondary colleges.
The initiatives should complement and reinforce our Mission and Vision Statement; promote a dynamic and engaging communications platform for franchisees, staff and students; provide guidance to franchisees and staff on brand awareness, reputation and positioning; and provide leadership in development of communications that support the diverse needs of AOL programs.
Oversee the design and content of communication tools including social media sites.
Manage and update content of website.
Manage external communications programs.
Review internal communications for consistency, professionalism and accuracy of messages.
Prepare and edit internal weekly newsletter and monthly student newsletter.
Coordinate the upload of all new materials to intranet.
Work with franchisees, and Course Develeopment Department to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Monitor quality of advertising, promotional materials and websites developed and used by franchisees.
Evaluate pilot marketing initiatives.
Coordinate efforts for SEO, web analytics, and paid search advertising.
Manage, coordinate and review collection of marketing data collected via Facebook and Google Analytics.
Prepare monthly leads report from database.
Prepare updates to Marketing Manual.
Work with Advisory Committee.
Track and replenish inventories of Literature and Promotional items.
Liaise with marketing vendors, and contract graphic artist to produce and update marketing materials and promotions.
Work with operations staff to roll out marketing initiatives for the release of new courses and programs.
Collect market research.
Co-ordinate the distribution of marketing reports.
Monitor competitors marketing materials and initiatives.
