LandQuest Realty Corporation leads the recreational real estate industry in British Columbia with an expertise and overall knowledge that is unparalleled in this market. LandQuest is looking for a highly energetic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate must be willing to learn the Conveyance procedure in order to provide relief duties as required.

This role will involve the coordination and development of local, national and international marketing campaigns.

This position will involve significant contact with LandQuest Realtors located across BC to ensure that all their marketing needs and requests are achieved.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist 25+ Realtors with the coordination, design, production and delivery of all marketing materials
  • Research information for the Realtors as needed
  • Upload each new listing to the website and create custom brochures
  • Update website and brochure content for a database of 500+ listings on a daily basis to ensure information is accurate and current
  • Coordinate, design and create advertising on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Contribute to the development of client presentations and proposals
  • Ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of marketing materials
  • Assist in proof reading of marketing materials
  • Assist in trade show preparation
  • Assist with outdoor signage including design, production and delivery
  • Execute marketing plans, web analytics, and marketing campaign analysis
  • Prepare marketing invoices for approval and assist with budgeting as required
  • Conduct other marketing duties as required
  • Conveyance Department support duties as required
  • Reception relief duties as required

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years experience in marketing
  • Post secondary school diploma/degree, preferably in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of real estate industry
  • Experience building/managing a consumer facing website and the understanding of web analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Publisher, Front Page, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Some HTML knowledge is an asset
  • Skilled & proficient in various graphic software applications including Adobe In-Design (CS4)
  • Exceptional organizational and creative skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects on an ongoing basis with little supervision
  • A "people person" with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must bring a positive "can do" attitude and enjoy working with a dynamic team of colleagues
