Position Summary:

We are a technology company in the healthcare space looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing Team with campaigns and bring inspiration to our event program.

The Marketing Coordinator works with the Marketing Team to support marketing campaign design and production, events planning, social media, communications, lead generation, and client relationship maintenance.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of Marketing campaign materials, including brochures, direct mailers, magazine ads, event material, posters, etc.
  • Work with printing vendors and others as needed to coordinate all aspects of production
  • Assist with campaign execution
  • Work with team to assist with creating handouts and coordinating materials for trade shows and events
  • Manage QHR’s social media presence
  • Plan and coordinate events and trade show booth experiences from start finish to accomplish lead generation objectives
  • Design event experiences that bring together multiple elements to communicate a brand message and motivate QHR’s target audience
  • Build a calendar of conference events, designed to generate leads and to build QHR’s brands
  • Design and execute QHR self-produced events, like our client summit and training events
  • Coordinate all staff and activities related to events
  • Ensure events are executed smoothly and troubleshoot problems
  • Analyze event success and prepare reports
  • Source and negotiate with event vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate stocking inventory of promotional materials and giveaways
  • Collaborate with staff on new ideas, directions and venues for marketing and communications
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Support Product Marketing Manager


  • Experience with graphic design and production, project management, event management, social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software programs as needed
  • Focus on results coupled with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Listening skills, customer service/teamwork orientation, and accountability
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism (or equivalent experience) required
  • Two to five years marketing and event coordination experience required
  • Healthcare industry marketing support experience preferred
