Marketing Coordinator full-time

Coordinates and set up marketing activities of product line which may include advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, and trade shows. Provide administrative and analytical support to Sales and Purchasing team on promotion and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and set up food demonstration, advertising 30%
• Reporting – Period end expense report, vendor annual expense report, etc. 10%
• Project based marketing program 20%
• Event Planning 15%
• Advertising & marketing creative 10%
• Private label – coordinate with designer 5%
• Website product maintenance 5%
• Maintain product catalogue database, prepare catalogue 5%

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Marketing Degree preferred or combined 1 – 3 years of experience in Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data
• Ability to plan, balance and multi-task job responsibilities based on business need
• Ability to listen, take direction and learn quickly
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines while producing high quality work
• Fluent speaking in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
• Ability to read and write Chinese
