A leave of absence has resulted in an upcoming opportunity to temporarily join our marketing team in the role of Marketing Communications Specialist.
The selected candidate is expected to create compelling business announcements and consumer messaging, is involved in consulting and executing all areas of Phantom’s aggressive marketing strategy, and coordinates a number of projects using a variety of communication channels. Utilizing superior organizational and communication skills the Marketing Communications Specialist acts as liaison with internal and external contacts to coordinate regional media plans and develop marketing communications campaigns. As an integral member of the Phantom team, the incumbent will champion the organization’s overall vision, mission statement, and corporate values.
The ideal candidate for this role has superior writing skills along with experience in creating a variety of correspondence, including business proposals, press articles, and advertising/ brochures; is organized and methodical, able to accomplish multiple and changing priorities in a fast paced environment, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain sound internal and external relationships. Occasional travel throughout the USA and Canada may be required. 2 to 4 years post-secondary education in a Marketing discipline supported by 5 years of experience in the role of in-house marketing coordinator is required.
