About Your Job:
In this exciting new role you will be responsible for the development, planning and implementation of the marketing communications strategy. Your main aim will be to drive the brand and the revenue for the Canadian and the USA Market.

You will proactively propose well-conceived initiatives to maximize all available marketing, PR and communications tools. You will ensure compliance to the overall brand and commercial strategy and ensure that all activities are performed to plan and budget.

Responsibilities of your role:
Your key responsibilities will include the design and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy for your region to deliver growth by identifying and targeting new customers as well as maximizing existing customer’s relationships across all customer segments.  You will also ensure all marketing communications collateral and brand exposure are in line with the brand guidelines. You will plan and carry out all marketing campaigns whilst maintaining accurate records of budget expenditure being a significant contributor to the overall business strategy.

You will be responsible for driving quality interest and customers to all distribution channels utilizing the full marketing mix available to you. You will manage all external marketing and PR agencies. You will need to effectively manage internal and external events and exhibitions as well as attending out of hours events where needed.

  • Develop online communications activities and create worldwide social media content for PD COM (Product Division Components) derived from regional communications strategies
  • Execute and manage worldwide PD COM social media activities including daily communications
  • Generate traffic to the online communications platforms of PD COM by editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, and video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Develop and maintain PD COMs internet appearance (structure and content) in alignment with global Flair Airlines internet representation
  • Keep regional PD COM websites updated and continue to make improvements in order to adapt to the regional market requirements and engage the visitors
  • Ensure consistent representation and integration of online sales channels in all communication measures
  • Develop and implement measures for tracking of PD COM communications activities
  • Develop a weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report to inform PD COM management about communication activities
  • Capture and analyze social data/metrics, insights and best practices in order to act upon the derived information
  • Engage with online stakeholders and facilitate replies to online feedback, questions and quires, for example address comments appropriately and provide a course of action for resolution

About You:
To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent industry recognized diploma or qualification with preference to a degree in Marketing or Communications. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns ideally within the airline or travel industry in multiple markets or a multi-cultural environment.

Experience in brand or trade marketing, planning and analytical skills are a must. Fluent communication skills in English languages and computer proficiency are also essential requirements. Additionally you must have knowledge of the local market behavior.

This position will be remote/home based for the right candidate.
