We are a small, stable and growing software company located in downtown Vancouver. In this newly created role of Marketing Communication Manager, you will report directly to the CEO. In addition to working with the management team and contributing to strategy, as the sole marketing resource, you will also be hands-on and take care of all the details, from executing direct marketing campaigns to organizing trade shows.

What will you do?
- Contribute to branding and strategy
- Analyze and understand customer needs
- Manage the website
- Create direct marketing campaigns
- Organize trade shows
- Manage online marketing, including PPC advertising and social media
- Write content for web, print and campaigns
- Update marketing materials
- Manage marketing administrative functions, such as databases and collateral
- Liaise with creative agencies and vendors
- Track and measure on results
Must Have Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must be an independent and hands-on team player with a true passion for marketing and learning. You will have a firm knowledge of marketing basics, including branding and positioning, and understand how marketing is evolving and where online marketing and social media fit into the mix. We highly encourage BCIT marketing graduates to apply! You also must have experience organizing trade shows, creating and executing marketing campaigns, updating website content and updating marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite. Finally, you will have excellent communication skills and have experience writing content for web and print.
