We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our talented and delightful Marketing team. In this role you’ll  immerse yourself into all aspects of Marketing Automation. You’ll see how your work directly impacts revenue, from TOFU to Evangelists you’ll reach them all.

A Little Bit About You:

  • You have a solid understanding of marketing automation systems, customer life-cycles and email nurture campaigns.

  • You are skilled at navigating email marketing or marketing automation platforms, and know where to go in each platform to find the information needed.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a marketing automation role, preferably in a software/tech environment.

  • You can execute a campaign to support the strategic vision of the Campaign Strategist to reach their intended goal.

  • You are skilled at creating and launching campaigns from start to finish. You can set up all of the needed components to execute the campaign or program, including A/B tests.

  • You know the value of marketing automation, and love to get your hands dirty, digging into how to best accomplish a specific goal.

  • You’re a creative thinker with strong problem solving skills who understands the value of data when making decisions.

  • You are passionate about marketing automation, demand generation and the latest marketing techniques

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Campaign Strategists in executing their campaigns to achieve their intended goals.

  • Collaborate and share your knowledge with colleagues on developing the best campaign approach.

  • Ensure that all communications are timely and relevant to the right audience; especially when crossing over to our customers.

  • Champion our MA best practices across the entire organization including all teams and squads from Brand Awareness to Expansion.

  • Manage our Email calendar to ensure there is no cross messaging and that the right audience is targeted with the right messaging.

  • Import and manage list uploads from all efforts to maintain strict data hygiene requirements.

  • Manage and execute the data augmentation append process for all newly acquired contacts.

  • Support the Marketing Automation Manager in an organization-wide roadmap.

  • Educate and champion benchmarks while setting achievable goals for our campaigns based on the target audience engagement.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager on projects such as lead scoring, platform assessment, and training.
