Abstract is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Management Team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate marketing leader to apply your expertise to help deliver speculative and custom home products and services to an ever-increasing base of customers, and in turn deliver direct, measureable revenues to the company.
At the helm of marketing and communications, the Manager is responsible for establishing strategic marketing communications plans, directing corporate and project specific brand standards and promotional activities, working with the sales team to conduct focused market research and evaluation, and managing partner, media and community relations programs. Are you a true marketing leader with an entrepreneurial attitude? Can you demonstrate strong success in the areas of real estate marketing, with consistent branding and sales collateral development? Are you a master at communicating at all levels within your company and with clients? If so, we’d like to hear from you.
We are looking for candidates with: experience leading, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and preferably in the real estate and/or construction sector(s); and experience leading and implementing communications/public relations initiatives and providing related services. We would prefer candidates bring experience participating in strategic and long-term business planning; and experience excelling in a team environment.
We require candidates to bring a university degree, college diploma, or post-secondary training in business administration, marketing, communications, & public relations, advertising or a related field; knowledge of marketing and communications/public relations best practices; and of the latest HTML/web technology.
Additional skills the manager will apply include: Production-Level Graphic Design, HTML, In-house Content Management Systems, SalesForce, Maximizer, Goldrush or other CRM programs.
