POSITION SUMMARY:

We require an enthusiastic team player with exceptional research, analytical and communication skills who can apply their understanding of today’s health care sector needs to support the development of the Intelligent Care (IC) platform which supports virtual healthcare services at Saint Elizabeth.

Reporting to the IC Engagement Manager, the Market Research Analyst will have a role in identifying, assessing and researching digital health technologies that support Intelligent Care.  The Market Research Analyst will develop product requirements, specifications, competitive landscape analysis, and value proposition statements, as well as assist in the preparation of marketing collateral and sales tools.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market and Product Research

  • Gather, interpret and synthesize primary and secondary research data on provincial, national and global healthcare markets to identify conditions, trends and business opportunities

  • Analyze market characteristics including regulations, reimbursement models, licensing, languages, reporting, billing and charge capture requirements to support the development of  business, marketing and sales plans

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital health technologies to identify, and support the evaluation and selection of software and hardware products that would enhance the IC offering

  • Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of IC service offering using a Value-Based Health Care Delivery framework to measure, analyze and provide recommendations based on patient reported outcomes

Marketing and Sales Support

  • Support ongoing competitive landscape analysis to inform marketing approach

  • Create marketing collateral to use in presentations for prospective clients, partners and advisors

  • Manage marketing collateral for all IC offerings to ensure alignment and accuracy

  • Support the planning and executing of marketing events (tradeshows, conferences)

  • Support the content development for responses to RFI, RFQ, and RFPs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health science, technology, communications or similar

  • Interest and knowledge of digital health technologies

  • 2+ years’ experience in the health care sector

  • Ability to distill complex information into succinct insights and actionable recommendations

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and initiatives while navigating environment of rapid change

  • Able to travel within Canada and internationally
