The Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) is a strategic business unit (SBU) at the Schulich School of Business. It is an operation that is self-sustaining. SEEC designs and develops non-degree management training offerings for organizational and individual clients in middle to senior manager/executive positions in the private sector, public sector and NGOs. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, launching, and directing multiple marketing campaigns and strategies. The incumbent will oversee all campaigns for all programs including Custom and Open Enrollment. The incumbent will manage the design and development of all marketing collateral and the management of all channels (e.g., SEO, Google AdWords, social media accounts, email, websites, and out-of-home (OOH)). The Marketing Manager along with SEEC's internal staff and external partners is responsible for creating and launching campaigns, identifying trends and new marketing opportunities, and developing new innovative campaigns. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of digital campaigns in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media (community building), Partnerships to build brand awareness and drive quality lead generation. The incumbent is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various channels to drive leads to the sales pipeline, improving conversion and ROI

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:

Minimum undergraduate degree required in Marketing or Business Administration. MBA or master's degree in marketing preferred. Professional certificates in Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Facebook campaigns, AdWords an asset. 5+ years of Marketing experience preferably in senior specialist or managerial position in digital marketing. Experience supervising in a unionized environment. Experience managing marketing campaigns, social media platforms and email campaigns. Experience in Google Analytics, Tag manager, Facebook and Linked in Analytics, AdWords, Search Engine Optimization, paid campaign strategies. CRM systems such as Sales Force. Email campaign systems and lead nurturing. Chat technologies and set up. Exposure to marketing automation technologies, preferably Marketo. Code snippet/pixel generation and insertion to integrate all channels and databases to overall reporting analytics. Branding execution, messaging and alignment with copy and digital assets. Web technologies and CMS's, preferably WordPress.
