Reporting to the Director, Communications and Business Development this role is responsible for developing digital strategies that drive Century Group’s projects and for developing, implementing and monitoring inbound marketing strategies across Century’s network. As well, this role is responsible for researching, assessing and managing third party service providers and developers for projects. Collaborating with the Director, the Manager is responsible for the development of online business initiatives, including:
·Develop strategies for better online findability and visibility through search engines (SEO).
·Develop and implement strategies using online advertising channels like paid search listings (SEM), banner advertising and social media advertising
·Research and acquire appropriate domains and online assets
·Corporate positioning and presence as it relates to overall branding, recruitment and business development
·Marketing and sales support for development projects and department driven campaigns
·Community outreach and engagement
3 to 5 years’ experience managing support engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing and email makerting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and/or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, is required. Strong communication skills are required.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, with in-depth experience using analytics tools to measure campaigns such as Webmaster, Google Analytics, SproutSocial, etc. and in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
$44,000 - $48,000 per annum, plus benefits.
