In Advancing the Division of Student' vision as 'Partners in Student Success' the Manager, Development Operations develops strategy and planning for web and email communications, marketing systems and initiatives. Ensures the alignment of online communications (websites, email, web applications, CRM, online/live chat technology, etc.) strategies with over-arching Divisional and University strategic plans. Oversees budgets and the allocation of resources around the development and maintenance of online efforts. Determines methods of measurement of key performance indicators and implements tactics for tracking and reviewing analytics across the department. Responsible for quality control and user analysis around online applications, websites, and email communications. Contributes to the development of departmental priorities. With direction from the Director, Strategic Communications, formulates and implements operational procedures and processes for the department.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:

University degree in Business/Marketing, Communications/Journalism, or related area of study. Minimum five years of progressive experience in managing web development and Customer Relationship Management systems including setting strategy/implementing best practices and supervisory experience. Experience having worked in post-secondary/higher education communications or related organizations preferred.
