Celayix Software is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to create and execute integrated lead generation programs focused on building a pipeline of sales-ready leads. This is an ideal role for an experienced marketer who has developed skills around marketing automation as well as campaign design, execution and analysis.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated professional with five or more years of lead generation marketing or campaign execution experience, with strong digital marketing skills.
- Build, execute and measure a quarterly marketing plan focused delivering qualified leads to sales Integrated campaigns include the following activities – SEO/SEM, webinars, eblasts, online advertising, content syndication and online advertising
- Develop drip and nurture campaigns to help further qualify marketing leads and re-activate cold leads
- Deliver leads and qualified sales opportunities to exceed quarterly quotas
- Provide accurate project reporting on all lead generation activities
- Ensure campaign KPIs are met and targets are delivered
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in lead generation or campaign marketing role in a high-tech B2B software organization
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ad words and LinkedIn Marketing
- Knowledge HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up tests
- Knowledge of best practices in B2B lead generation, marketing automation and lead conversion, nurturing management
- Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting
- Familiar with marketing automation systems
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Strong communicator with ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
