a day in the life of a ivivva Compliance Manager

  • Develop global compliance strategy for hard and soft lines
  • Develop a comprehensive global compliance program that protects our Brand and delivers a consistent guest experience internationally
  • Determine appropriate test methods, standards and tolerances that deliver against the strategy
  • Manage the third party service provider relationship for product compliance
  • Partner cross functionally with raw materials development, Sourcing, Production and the LLO to deliver the right product
  • Analyze trends in mill and supplier performance and provide corrective action and scorecards
  • Analyze testing pass and failures and minimize risk areas
  • Key project management and reporting
  • Internal and external communicator

  • Excel in communication, project management, and analysis with a love of fabric
  • Visionary and strategic leader
  • Cross-functional team leader
  • 5-10 years experience in quality assurance
  • Textile technology or textile chemistry experience required
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Textile Science or Chemical Engineering is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of dyeing, knitting and weaving required
  • Strong knowledge of product regulatory compliance required
