Interactive Project Manager
Delvinia is seeking an Interactive Project Manager with exceptional relationship building, organizational and communication skills. As a key member of the client services team, the core responsibilities of the chosen candidate will be the planning, executing and evaluating of projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets under the guidance of the Director of Production. Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
• Build positive, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Client Management
• Be accountable for project results along with the assigned project team
• Work with the Director of Production and team members to confirm project scope outlining goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
• Develop project work back schedules and communicate these to client and internal resources
• Streamline communications and ensure project objectives are properly addressed
• Resolve issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle as they arise
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms
• Manage any resources assigned to the project
• Ensure all project documentation and assets are safely archived during and following project completion per company process
• Lead, coach and motivate project team members
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
• Keep the Director of Production and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations

Qualifications/Attributes
Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be motivated to be the best. In addition, they must have:

• Degree or Diploma in Project / Business Management
• PMP Certification an asset
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the interactive industry
• Solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects from start to completion
• Ability to multi-task and process information quickly
• Demonstrated leadership managing people
• Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and other software platforms
• Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and meet or exceed client expectations

Salary Range
Base salary based upon experience.
