As we continue to grow, our Digital Media Arts team has an immediate need for an Interactive Producer. This position plays a key role in managing workflow and optimizing resources within the agency. The ideal candidate has previous experience within a digital shop, working on a variety of projects from microsites, banner campaigns, richmedia deployments, to large, multifaceted website deployments, including a solid understanding of Google Analytics and metrics analysis.

In this position your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing estimates for all Interactive work within a given project
  • Ensuring that the established project plans are adhered to
  • Developing scope of work documentation and managing the scope of the project
  • Working with all involved disciplines to ensure project delivery occurs on-time and within the high standards of creative excellence
  • Developing detailed project plans for all Interactive work within a given project (deliverables, dates, milestones accountabilities)
  • Working directly with internal and external developers to execute projects
  • Managing budgets, timeline, agency and non-agency resources to ensure a quality experience on large and small scale projects
  • Tracking, reporting and regulating major client issues relating to a given project
  • Assisting in the management of vendor relationships from beginning to end
  • Managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
  • Collaborating with Account Management team to manage client expectations and communications flow

Knowledge\ Skills \ Abilities:

  • Post secondary degree or diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of related industry experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a digital environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Tools, Photoshop, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with wireframing tools is an asset
  • Solid communication skills, both written and oral
  • Willing and able to work within a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to work within and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated work ethic, integrity and professional conduct
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
