Wiivv is currently seeking a passionate advocate for exceptional customer experiences at an exciting startup in Gastown, Vancouver.

This role will involve leading our existing care team as well as performing duties as a customer care agent while we grow. You will be the point person for all customer care escalations so it's important you have in depth knowledge of our system.

We're looking a technically savvy leader who is willing to get their hands dirty in some of the day to day work. Duties would include but are not limited to:

• Managing the customer care team (you + 2 others and growing)

• Reporting on customer key care metrics

• Defining customer service processes to optimize efficiency

• Troubleshooting customer inquiries across various channels

• Resolve escalated issues

Qualifications

This role requires 3+ years’ experience in a customer service capacity. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks, priorities and changing needs. We’re a tech company and we work with lots of software - ability to learn quickly and problem solve is essential.
