Located at our Head Office at Hwy 7 and Warden Avenue in Markham, this newly created position is responsible for producing and executing email marketing campaigns globally. You will maintain and communicate the email marketing calendar globally for Springfree Trampoline and be an internal point of contact/reference as well for the external email service provider. The Email Marketing Specialist will interact with various global marketing teams and sales departments, in addition to the Springfree Management team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of strategies that drive growth in lead acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns that deliver on the company’s lead nurturing goals
  • Lead database management - build queries to define audience segments and identify conversion and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure consistency and integration of message, branding, creative and content across email templates
  • Run ongoing optimization tests (A/B tests) against content and creative, including multi-variant testing
  • Setup automations and customer journeys
  • Create timely email marketing reporting that includes learnings and insights into performance metrics

Education & Experience

  • University Degree or Community College Diploma – preferably in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic HTML and Creative Suite skills
  • Proficient using CRM and email systems – Use of NetSuite and Bronto (or equivalent systems) preferred
