Can you create a compelling ad to drive more traffic?  Prove your mettle and put your entrepreneurial spirit to work.  The Display Media Coordinator will play an integral role in the marketing assisting with campaign research, planning, execution and analysis for paid display marketing. Creating pay-per-click & CPM campaigns, generating reports, and evaluating and analyzing results, the Coordinator will assist the Display Media Manager with optimizations, giving recommendations on how to improve current marketing strategies.  Relying on well developed critical thinking, the candidate will possess a data-centric orientation.


  • Assist in planning and implementation of campaigns in both adwords & demand side buying platforms
  • Own regional display media buys with monthly growth targets
  • Implement keywords, ad groups, creative and landing page URLs
  • Optimize display keywords/adgroups/campaigns
  • Creative testing & proposals with a focus on messaging and design elements
  • Analyze existing display strategies, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Perform research on target audiences, competitive landscape and relevant keywords as they relate to display
  • Placement research & development of media partner relationships
  • Work collaboratively with Merchandizing and Category Management teams to ensure use of relevant keyword data for display
  • Weekly reporting on display trends

Expected Outcomes:

  • Highly proficient in real time bidding & demand side buying platforms within 3 months
  • Approach and foster 6 display partnerships within 6 months, driving an additional 10% in conversions by end of the year
  • Ability to autonomously structure and optimize display marketing campaigns within 3 months
  • Drive up conversion rates by 20% through banner and landing page testing within 12 months while continuing to grow traffic

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience developing, managing and reporting on successful online paid marketing campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • High levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do.
  • Experience working with online analytics platform(s), e.g., Google Analytics
  • Experience with demand side platforms & real time bidding a plus
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or similar field
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Well-developed empathy and the ability to see and understand  other perspectives
