Who We’re Looking For In A Nutshell

    • Someone who’s inspired by telling thought-provoking stories and shaping a company’s narrative.
    • Someone with experience leading and managing a high-performing team who’s responsible for telling the company story.
    • Someone who has the ability and passion to conceptualize engaging content for the entire buyer journey.
    • Someone who makes data-driven decisions to move the team and content forward to hit goals.

Your Responsibilities

    • Create the buyer journey framework and map content and offers to each stage.
    • Create world-class content experiences to better own the buyer journey from first touch to closing a deal with sales.
    • Lead a team of content creators, social marketers and marketing strategists to create high-traffic blog content, lead-converting resources, and shareable creative projects.
    • Manage and maintain a rich, segmented editorial calendar.
    • Provide strategic guidance on identifying and engaging with media, analysts, and influencers.
    • Create strategies and explore new ways to reach and engage our target buyers on social channels.
    • Manage buyer stage-specific messaging on the website.
    • Ensure strategies fuel company to hit level MQL, Opportunity and Revenue targets.
    • Lead and collaborate on sales materials including decks, messaging and other collateral to advance the sale.
    • Ensure all marketing stakeholders needs are met.

Experience & Skills

    • University degree or equivalent working experience.
    • 5-10 years of marketing experiences including:
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing B2B (ideally in a SaaS environment).
    • 2+ years of experience in Leadership experience (managing a team) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proven and visible marketing veteran, with experience creating content for the entire buyer journey, overseeing a team of creatives, writers and/or public relations and media outreach experts
    • Fluid understanding of the MarTech space
    • Driven by creative intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data.
