communities throughout Metro Vancouver. The company will continue this
tradition with the redevelopment of the East Fraserlands—a 130-acre waterfront
site located in southeast Vancouver.

East Fraserlands (EFL) is poised to become a complete and vibrant community
that will exemplify the principles of New Urbanism. The development will be
comprised of over 7,000 residential units, a mixed-use commercial centre, civic

waterfront. Please see the City of Vancouver website for more information:

new building that will be located onsite for the purpose of presenting the vision
and overall development plan to visitors. It will also serve as a gathering space

development.

The candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and some experience

experience managing projects, events and teams.
