Director, Marketing Full-Time

This is an opportunity for a talented Marketing Director to join an exciting and challenging work environment where their skills and creativity will be tested and grown on a daily basis. In this role, you are responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all marketing strategies, marketing communications, events, and public relations activities, both internal and external. This includes developing and managing lead generation programs that support the growth objectives of the company. This role focuses on creating awareness, demand and building loyalty for Vivonet’s products and solutions while managing the overall marketing budget.

  • Development and execution of the annual marketing plan
  • Company and product branding
  • Sales collateral development
  • Implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Managing the overall web presence of the company, products, and brands
  • Development and management of annual marketing budgets
  • Development and delivery of sales training material
  • Managing and developing other marketing team members
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization
  • Maintain an understanding of the companies competitive environment and trends in the industry
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to develop market growth plans

Required Talents and Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years’ management experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success.
  • Experience in software and services (preferably SaaS) and hospitality industry
  • Experience in an organization with both inside and outside selling teams
  • Events management knowledge and expertise
