Digital Marketing Manager Full-Time

In association with the VP of Internal Operations, creative leads and the software development team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing initiatives across 10 markets. This includes planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Foodee website, digital marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and all online and offline promotional activity for Foodee consistent with budgetary requirements and the Foodee brand.

The Digital Marketing Manager will have impeccable time management skills, a solid understanding of the marketing landscape and functionality, the ability to build and nurture contacts and a track record of using campaign tools.


  • Monitor customer acquisition funnel and measure performance across all marketing channels
  • Work with team to create digital marketing campaigns to optimize conversion
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance
  • Create, maintain, update & improve SEO/SEM for website including related analytics & reporting
  • Create, maintain, update & improve paid search (Adwords) including related analytics & reporting
  • Create, maintain, update & improve ad retargeting campaigns
  • Research and test new/existing advertising platforms
  • Monitor trends including tools and applications to drive customer engagement
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communication


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading a team and managing digital marketing, email, social media and marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and customer acquisition funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and email automation campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
