DIGITAL MARKETING / GRAPHICS COORDINATOR

Our team's vision is to 'make a difference' using our unique technology and fundraising model to deliver customized apparel to Schools, Sports Associations and various other Organizations.
THE JOB: Reporting to the founder, this role will help plan & develop our digital strategies, grow our online presence and ultimately help achieve or exceed company sales targets. Specifically you will help drive users to our key website registration component and multiple e-commerce sites increasing both engagement and conversion rates.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
SOCIAL MEDIA;
*Take ownership for and execute our Social Media program to increase followers and engagement ultimately driving traffic to URstore websites and online stores.
*Plan & generate new weekly creative content, deliver through Hootesuite.
*The blog - source market driven stories and write compelling new content.
ONLINE DATA BASE MARKETING;
*Plan, draft and schedule (on Mail Chimp) thoughtful email marketing campaigns / promotions for our customers.
*Create graphic banner ads with creative content for upload to online stores & insertion on Mail Chimp email templates.
*Write compelling data base emails inclusive of subject lines and copy that help increase open rates and ultimately increase shopper conversion.
*Monitor, measure & evaluate results.
WEBSITES & ONLINE STORE SOFTWARE;
*Become proficient with our proprietary online software platform and websites in order to exhaustively comprehend urSTORES business model / target markets.
*Take responsibility for the ongoing maintenance, appearance and upgrading of our web sites.
SEO;
*Review web analytics and search engine marketing and optimization.
*Able to build a strong SEO campaign and tweak on an ongoing basis.
*Capable of doing keyword research and analysis.
*Understanding of content and its effect on organic rankings.
*Knowledge of Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
SEM / PAID MEDIA;
*Help strategize & deliver paid media programs in order to build brand awareness, new customers and increase revenue.
*Lead digital media purchasing and account management related to PPC, Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
COMPETENCIES;
*Bachelor's degree or certificate
*Very very detail oriented with some experience (1-2 yrs.) in a digital / graphics e-commerce role.
*Good computer skills / tech savvy and the ability to operate graphic design software (intermediate); Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, CSS.
*Excellent editing, writing and proofreading skills.
*Experience with Social; Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram advertising platforms.
*A strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and a strategic thinker.
