We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to oversee the full scope of our online websites with a keen focus on lead generation through both organic traffic and campaigns. You’ll be responsible for optimizing Book4Time’s global digital marketing initiatives across all channels – Website, SEO, SEM, PPC and digital media advertising.

The successful candidate should have a strong business acumen, sales mentality, and a solid technical understanding of all digital channels, and the latest marketing tools and technologies. In this new role you'll own Book4Time's inbound lead generation initiatives through both organic and PPC advertising.

You will:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team, Business Stakeholders and Executives to brainstorm, assess, develop and execute digital strategies and marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Direct responsibility for all PPC and other related digital advertising from initial implementation, monitoring to management of overall paid search budget and keyword list-management
  • Marketing automation – develop and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
  • Daily and monthly reporting of in-bound leads through all digital initiatives, ensuring conversion source is accurately tracked and managed in
  • Evaluate end-to-end prospect journey including website analytics to asses KPI’s, identify end-user patterns and make recommendations to continually improve website effectiveness
  • Own email nurturing program from beginning to end including client segmentation, list creation, content and messaging campaign implementation etc.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to create integrated web & digital solutions
  • Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for improving digital marketing programs

You have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience and ideally in a B2B field.
  • Knowledge of business management software and/or spa and hospitality market
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing channels, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics
  • Proven track record of successful PPC/SEO/SEM strategy and implementation
  • Experience implementing marketing automation tools and campaigns
  • Understanding of keyword research and proficiency with SEM reporting and analytical tools
  • Experience working with to manage and report on leads and contact lists
  • Organized, ability to multi-task, and a self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinker

Your technical skills:

  • Experience with WordPress, Autopilot and/or related marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn and Salesforce
  • Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Strong analytical skills and tech-savvy with latest tools and technologies
