Who you are

The Digital Marketing Creator is an emerging talent in digital communication and storytelling that will work closely with internal stakeholders, copywriters, and designers to build and execute TraceSafe’s strategic communications plan. You are aware of and interested in major emerging growth marketing approaches, and you are excited to create and execute unique digital marketing campaigns. You are passionate about technology and storytelling in a digital medium and are always willing to learn more about the latest tech trends to pass on the excitement to your audience through social media and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design social media campaigns and strategies to achieve marketing goals

  • Administer all company social media accounts

  • Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content (including memes)

  • Liaise with copywriters and designers to ensure content is regularly available

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create awareness regarding new product launches and partnerships

  • Work closely with the executive team to understand and communicate TraceSafe’s vision and accomplishments to customers, partners, and investors

  • Prepare monthly reports on web traffic and ROI

  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest website and social media content optimization

  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Experience

  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a social media strategist or social media manager. Or a practical proven ability to perform i.e. you’ve had a post/tweet/meme go legitimately viral (not by accident).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to persuade key stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness and engagement

  • Experience in online advertising, search marketing, and e-commerce/website/landing-page conversion optimization. (Preferred)

  • Understanding of SEO and interpreting web traffic metrics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager)

  • Good sense of web design and digital publishing

  • Excellent multitasking skills
