Digital Marketing Coordinator full-time

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join us in our office located in Toronto. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage all the company’s social media platforms, update the company’s website and manage any digital marketing.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  • Content creation and management
  • Deliberate planning and goal setting
  • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic

Content management duties:

  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
  • Create a regular social media content schedule
  • Promote content through social advertising
  • Identifying new social media trends and incorporating tactics in campaign planning
  • Creating and managing online competitions
  • Tracking campaign metrics and community trends
  • Conducting daily monitoring and preparing reports
  • Responding to all customer messages (private and publicly posted)

Website duties:

  • Writing and publishing blogs
  • Updating website content
  • Evaluating and reporting on website analytics
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Archiving and file management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Apple platform, adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
  • Strong communications and written skills
  • Post–secondary education in marketing
  • Strong creative copy writing skills with a commitment to quality and detail
  • Previous community management experience
  • Proven experience in running a social media campaigns (planning, managing and executing)
  • Familiar with a variety of social media concepts, practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of email marketing and newsletter creation
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Highly organized, attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Previous experience coordinating events an asset
