Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist

(1 year full-time contract)

We are currently looking for a skilled Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to grow our digital marketing and communications strategy. You will expand our digital footprint and convert traffic into fans, donors, event participants and fundraising dollars. You will develop and analyze our digital marketing campaigns, including email, SEM/SEO, social media and content marketing, and recommend or implement changes based on marketing data.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role with a proven track record in expanding online traffic and creating lead generation strategies through various platforms (email marketing, social media, etc). You are a self-starter, creative thinker and enjoy wearing multiple hats. You are used to using project managing your workflow, liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are on-time. You are tech savvy, skilled in marketing analytics and understand how to measure data. You are also an energetic self-driven team player, preferably with experience in a not-for-profit environment.
