Digital Marketing Account Manager full-time

Starting Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

The Account Manager will work under the Management Team to do the following with a high level of integrity and excellence:

• Onboard clients in a comprehensive fashion, representing the Jelly staff professionally and courteously
• Delegate tasks to staff members including explanation of task scope, timeliness, expectations, etc.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance
• Provide feedback/training/development in coordination with the Director of Operations and Principal
• Report to all clients monthly in conjunction with the Digital Ad Coordinator
• Co-lead team meetings with staff to check in on campaign performance
• Report staff performance to management
• Apply creative, analytic, strategic problem-solving skills to the needs of the organization
• Manage contract renewals and resale
