Demand Generation Marketing Manager – Vancouver
We are currently looking for an organized, result- driven, self-motivated Demand Generation Marketing Manager to create and execute integrated demand generation programs to build a pipeline of sales-ready leads and qualified opportunities. Reporting to the Director, North American Field Marketing, this position will work closely with our web marketing team, product marketing, sales and third party vendors to define and execute integrated campaigns.

Accountabilities will include:

  • Build, execute and measure a quarterly marketing plan focused on net new customer acquisition
  • Deliver leads and qualified sales opportunities to exceed quarterly quotas
  • Develop and manage a quarterly demand generation budget
  • Using Eloqua, oversee marketing automation campaigns including drip and nurture programs and customer communications
  • Drive CRM data stewardship, ensuring integrity of account records in CRM, including lead data and opportunities
  • Provide accurate project reporting on all content marketing activities to senior management and external stakeholders as appropriate
  • Ensure campaign KPIs are met and targets are delivered
  • Conduct market research to determine prospects’ critical business issues and focus on topics that address those needs as they align with our core solution competencies
  • Research, recruit and develop long-term relationships with speakers, educators and industry experts from many different sources, including LinkedIn and industry publications
  • Write compelling email invitations, create email schedules and ensure accuracy and deliverability

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in field, demand generation or campaign marketing role in a high-tech B2B software organization
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in an automated closed-loop environment
  • Knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation and lead conversion, nurturing management
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting
  • Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast paced environment
  • Familiar with marketing automation systems (ideally Eloqua)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Strong writing skills, with ability to write persuasive marketing copy
  • Strong communicator with ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
