XE’s Conversion Optimization Specialist is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and driving conversion optimization to deliver on growth targets across XE’s organic digital channels. This self-motivated, goal oriented, and data-driven individual will research, develop, and execute evidence-based plans that are customer-centric, brand consistent, and align with XE’s vision, values, and purpose.
Responsiblities include:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, needs, and behaviours
- Map free-to-premium customer journeys across channels, devices, and products
- Leverage data insights to identify conversion and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and execute CRO strategies
- Translate customer needs into value and communicate to appropriate parties
- Structure, build, and track tests on web and app pages via our testing platform
- Test product descriptions, calls-to-action, page layouts, page designs, and flows
- Report on weekly and monthly CRO progress through KPI reports and test logs
- Transform qualitative and quantitative test results into actionable business insights
- Ensure site optimization strategy aligns with SEO, content, and brand guidelines
- Increase conversion rates of free-to-premium flows to achieve growth targets
- Support team with ad-hoc analysis requests
Requirements include:
- Experience in a web analytics role with CRO required
- Experience using data to identify actionable insights to improve performance
- Highly analytical and experienced in running A/B, Multi Variant tests
- Experience in web analytics programs and BI platforms
- Proficiency in copywriting preferred
- Results driven individual that can reliably meet goals & deadlines
- Affinity for solving complex challenges
- Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver with the ability to lead and interact effectively with cross-functional teams
