What Will You Be Doing?
*Lead all conversion testing operations for partner landing pages as well as owned and operated properties. Combine analytics and statistical analysis to work through business/testing challenges while innovating new strategies. Stage development with in-depth front-end development
*Monitor conversion optimization tests using Optimizely, GA and in-house tools after structuring all components. Drive conversion optimization iterated success working directly with department directors and team
*Create tests, analyze results and suggest test improvements. Work with product to get successful tests into development pipeline. Manage test priorities and pipeline with audience development, business development, product management, and web development departments
*Work with our in-house development team to contribute to the CRO effectiveness of our proprietary martech platform
*Liaison with the Marketing Team to increase conversion rates and ROI of digital marketing & site campaigns
Who are you?
*A post-secondary degree/diploma with emphasis in web/graphic design, Computer Science, or work equivalent
*Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe Illustrator,
*Expertise in HTML5, CSS, responsive UI (Bootstrap, Flexbox, etc)
*Ability to layout web pages with well formed HTML5 and CSS across all browsers and platforms
*Experience implementing scalable UI frameworks for performance, accessibility, and testability across a variety of browsers, devices and platforms
*Experience in web and graphic design, with preferred emphasis in web layout and design
*Proficient in web design best practices, usability techniques,
and technical capabilities
Nice to haves:
*Knowledge in SCSS
*Experience in a website testing role and reporting on success/failure results of optimization efforts
*High proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics et al)
*General understanding of direct response, e-commerce and lead generation goals and targets
*Experience using Google Docs, Google Mail, Google Sheets, Asana, and Slack
*Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging.
