About You
We’re looking for a Content & Growth Manager to help manage and implement content strategies across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—strategy, editing, analytics, writing, SEO, and more. You’ve spent a good chunk of your career in marketing (around 5–10 years), likely starting in editorial, journalism, or communications and gradually moving into content strategy or growth. You’re curious, creative, and think like a marketer—not just a writer.
You’re not chasing 40 hours a week. You’re looking for a steady, part-time, remote role (10–15 hrs/week) that fits alongside other freelance work or client projects. Maybe you're seeking more consistency, get your hands on more strategic work, or a team to grow with.
You’ll be working with a small, young, but mighty team. We come to work with enthusiasm and take pride in supporting the people around us. We meet in person once a month in Toronto at a co-working space. If you're within driving distance, that’s a huge plus—but not a requirement. This could grow into a full-time role, but not for at least a year. For now, it’s a steady, flexible role that pairs well with other part-time or freelance work.
Pay & Hours
- Hourly Rate: $35–40 CAD
- Location: Remote, Ideally in Toronto, Canada
- Time Commitment: 10–15 hours/week
- Start Date: August 2025
- Status: Part-time, long-term
