Job Description:

Advocate marketers are pioneers. This position is part of an emerging marketing field that is becoming a strategic necessity at customer-focused companies like Prodigy. In this role you will build a community of Prodigy advocates and work closely with them to drive user growth and activation.

You will:

  • Manage all aspects of Prodigy’s advocacy program, including the identification, onboarding, engagement,  and mobilization of customer advocates.
  • Incentivise advocates to promote Prodigy within their schools, at district and regional events, and online.
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as: online communities, webinars, conferences, and various email campaigns.
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives (referrals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities)  through customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories.
