As we enter a new phase of growth and development, we are looking for a Client Services Specialist to help drive business growth. This role will be divided between lead generation and existing client relationship management. You will be nurturing the relationships with key decision makers in our existing client base, as well as acting as an internal liason for client feedback with our project management team.
The other aspect of this role involves lead generation. You will be prospecting and determining a strategic way to target, qualify and reach out to potential clients for our business development team to close on. Your approach needs to be creative, as we are a niche service in a specialized market.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Work closely with the company's top clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities
Regularly communicate with high level clients to keep them informed and up to date on our latest work
Maintain positive rapport and trust with key clients, keeping them invested using a creative and unique approach
Generate new sales leads and investigate existing leads to establish first contacts, and help secure opportunities for senior management to pitch prospective clients
Follow up with qualified leads and project contacts as directed, providing marketing collateral and supporting company information
Provide CRM support to update and maintain key client and prospect databases
Assist in creation of fee proposals
Assist in researching and evaluating market opportunities based on direction provided
Applicants should possess, as a minimum, the following skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2-5 years successful experience in a sales or client service role;
Proven track record in generating high quality leads
Process driven and highly organized
Up to date understanding of digital marketing & sales tactics
Expert communication skills both written and verbal (English language)
Comfortable cold calling and hosting regular face-to-face client meetings
Tech savy including use of social media platforms, shared document platforms (e.g. Google Docs), CRM tools
- Account Management/Agency experience is a plus
Work experience in OR a demonstrated understanding of the real estate development industry is an asset
