Job Synopsis

In this role you will be primarily responsible for booking ad campaigns with publishers, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, and supporting the sales effort. You will have the opportunity to be a key player on our team working closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and our Publishing Partners to carry out these tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the campaign is delivered smoothly from beginning to end, starting immediately after a client booking is approved
  • Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing Publishers
  • Preparing and sending out Publisher bookings, ensuring Publisher ad tags are sent and trafficked on schedule
  • Monitoring campaign pacing and communicating delivery issue to Publisher sites
  • Reporting on campaign delivery as needed internally and externally
  • Helping with month-end billing reports and invoicing

Key Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must
  • Strong analytical skills with good numerical, statistical and data-handling skills
  • Above-average working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Ability to operate within the environment of time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to get along with and maintain relationships with a wide range of people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, resourceful, a good problem solver
  • A genuine can-do attitude, willing to engage in learning new tools and concepts

Qualifications and Experience

  • Post-Secondary education, preferably in a business-related field
  • Minimum 1 year working in a business environment
  • Working knowledge of ad serving technologies is an asset
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce is an asset
  • Understanding and genuine interest in interactive advertising industry
