Working in the Global Network and International Card Services business, this role is key to the delivery of entertainment & lifestyle access programs for all Cardmembers through: - Managing events & experiences programming across music, theatre, film, dining, sports and shopping categories. This includes maintaining current programming momentum Front Of The Line (R) and Delights, as well as finding new and innovative opportunities.
Flawlessly executing all events & experiences; from communications to fulfillment and reporting. This includes day to day planning and management of 360 media budget and allocation, as well as leading the program execution by the experiential agency
Personally building and maintaining relationships with key events & entertainment partners, and overseeing agency relationships with all partners
Aligning key internal stakeholders and decision makers including Brand & Advertising, ICSS Product owners, and Complaince & GCO
Completing all programs on time, on budget and within compliance guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under extremely tight timelines, high degree of multi-tasking, and flexibility to work outside of regular office hours.
University degree, or equivalent combination of education and business experience
1-3 years experience in Entertainment Marketing, Communications, or Sponsorships
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, with emphasis on proposal development and presentation
Proven ability to manage third party relationships and ability to take initiative
Proven ability to juggle concurrent projects and demonstrate flexbility within a frequently changing environment
Strong financial/analytical skills.
