Reporting to the CEO, this position is responsible for: (i) managing implementation, maintenance and technical troubleshooting of client accounts; and (ii) acting as liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Core duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Setting up client campaigns in our tracking system and working closely with the client and internal sales team to ensure that all of the necessary creative elements are provided.
  • Assisting in the creation of, as well as filing of signed Insertion Orders (IO’s) from the sales team and ensuring that campaigns do not go live until the IO’s are signed.
  • Maintaining live campaigns, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues.
  • Working with our tracking system staff to keep up to date on new system features as well as tweaking existing ones to suit our needs.
  • Weekly and monthly campaign and client reporting.
  • Working with the Finance Manager to ensure invoicing is completed weekly.
  • Creating and managing newsletters in conjunction with in-house marketing team.

Minimum Requirements (Experience, Education, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities)

  • Minimum one (1) year of online marketing, advertising or programming experience.
  • Minimum one (1) year of basic coding experience- HTML, Javascript, iFrame, Postbacks and Image and Event pixels.
  • College or University degree in a related field required.
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing, particularly CPA, CPM, CPC and CPI.
  • Excellent knowledge of software including Outlook, Excel and Word, as well as tracking system software i.e. Hitpath, Direct Track, CAKE, LinkTrust and HasOffers
  • Excellent knowledge of mobile tracking software including Adjust, Tune, Appsflyer and Grab Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven working knowledge of Email Marketing Service Providers i.e. Mail Chimp and YNot Mail.
  • The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to multi-task and respond to client questions/concerns in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to be a dependable team player.
  • Outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and efficiently without requiring micro-management.
  • Strong business acumen skills.
  • Proactive and helpful with a can-do attitude.
